Penhallow is his first and last name

He specializes in stitch punk but has a wide range of other steampunk and scientific abilities. He causes much trouble for T-UB not necessarily on purpose, the fact that his machines have minds of their own can cause many problems also he is always trying new weird crazy things that may or may not work and can backfire miserably.

his scarf has multiple personality disorder... It also eats people and little fluffy animals. the scarf acts as his id (the end with the red eye is nice the one with the blue eye is not), the eyes of the scarf also can act as a lamp, scarf can act as a flying devise, etc.

Bio:
He was a Scientist who worked his life trying to find the cure for Scarlet fever however his work was taken away from him. He died from Cancer at 42, from all the chemicals he had handled and been around.

-Selective hyperthymesia (which is remembering everything)
- Ink manipulation (which means he can write down information with out having to stop his work to write it down)
- Left hand teleportation ( he is right handed, however his left hand can teleport any where with out the rest of his body following)
